The JSGenerator aims at implementing a basic SILEX runtime in JavaScript.
To use it, you simply have to activate it like you would for any other plugin:
- Go to “Manage” in your manager
- Select your publication on the left
- Click “Plugins”
- Click “Activate a plugin”
- Choose the JavaScript Generator plugin
- Do not forget to save your changes.
Note that this plugin depends on the HTMLGenerator plugin.
The HTMLGenerator plugin should be activated for the publications that you want to use the JSGenerator plugin with.

This plugins let you create an index of the pages of a flip book / catalog. Use it in PDF import templates only, see the PDF import plugin and the PDF import templates.
User guide
When you edit a flip book theme, where a PDF has been imported with the PDF import plugin, simply click on the button in the Wysiwyg, select the appearance of the List, the type of Scrolbar, etc. And click ok.
Then you will see something like this, at the bottom of a flip book:

Or like this, a clickable list of pages which comes over the catalog:

It works also in a PDF import template, before importing the PDF.
